Our president, executive secretary, and treasurer were reelected to a five-year term October 2018. As a team they plan, develop, and implement long-range goals and objectives in accordance with Executive Committee directives and constituency guidelines.

The President
The president administers the recruitment and placement process of pastors. This includes interviewing prospective ministerial interns and pastors seeking employment at Southeastern. The president's duties and responsibilities also include presiding at conference sessions and meetings of the Executive Committee. The president often participates in church milestone events, such as anniversaries and mortgage-burning ceremonies, and attends Pacific Union Conference committee meetings, North American Division year-end meetings, and administrative councils.

The Executive Secretary
The mission of the office of the executive secretary is to participate in the overall mission of Southeastern California Conference through administrative, pastoral and support services to churches, schools, ministries and members. In addition to tracking conference membership, the executive secretary works closely with the president and treasurer on personnel transitions throughout the conference and chairs the Pine Springs Ranch Board and Board of Education.

The Treasurer
The mission of the conference treasury is to provide financial services in support of the overall mission of the conference collectively, i.e., its churches, schools, and various support endeavors. Specific activities include planning (budgeting), receiving, recording, banking, investing, paying out, billing, reconciling, and reporting financial activities and values to the respective oversight committees and boards. In addition, conducting church and school audits, representing collective church and school insurance needs, conducting two annual church treasurer training seminars, providing assistance in church and school property acquisitions, reviewing and approving construction projects, assisting in loan processing, and overseeing the conference moving operations makes for a busy department.
